1. Where Are You Located?
Riverfront Cruises is located in the Las Olas Riverfront Entertainment Complex. The address is 300 SW 1st Avenue (also called Brickell Avenue), in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The public parking garage is located on the right side of the road immediately after you pass Valet Parking.
2. Is Your Tour Boat Available for Groups?
Yes, our boat is available at a discount for groups and/or for Private Cruises, Dinner Cruises and Cocktail Cruises in Fort Lauderdale. You may call our office at (877) 280-0304 for more information. Advance reservations are recommended for groups.
3. How long is Your Fort Lauderdale Boat Tour?
Each boat tour is approximately 1 1/2 hours.
4. Are Your Captains licensed?
We have some of the finest captains in the South Florida area and they are all U.S. Coast Guard licensed and drug tested. You will be completely safe on our cruise.
5. What about Parking?
Public parking is available in the parking garage located in the Las Olas Riverfront. The entrance to the garage is located on the right side of the road immediately after you pass valet parking.
6. Can I reserve a particular seat?
Seating is on a first come first served basis. Seating is available upstairs on our observation deck which has both covered and uncovered seating, in our air-conditioned dining room, on the bow and on the stern. No matter where you sit on the boat tour, you will have a great view.
7. What happens if it rains?
We run rain or shine at the Captain’s discretion. The boat is covered and there is an air-conditioned dining room where you may sit in the event of rain.
8. Are there a restroom onboard?
Yes, we have a restroom onboard.
9. Is there room to store my personal belongings on board?
Yes, there is plenty of room to store your bags onboard.
10. Can I bring my child's stroller onboard?
Yes, you may bring a stroller onboard. We do not permit strollers on the second deck. We will be happy to stow your stroller downstairs if you would like to sit upstairs with your little one.
11. Is the boat wheelchair accessible?
Riverfront Cruises is accessible to guests in wheelchairs on the first deck only. Passengers with wheelchairs will not have access to the second deck, but they will be able to enjoy the cruise from the first deck. Our crew is available to assist anyone onto the boat who needs help.
12. Is there anything fun to do around the dock location?
Yes. In the Riverfront area there are several restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The Museum of Science and Discovery and the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art are both located just a short walk from the Riverfront. Also, we are only a few blocks away from the famous Las Olas Shopping District.
13. How far are you from the airport?
We are located less than 15 minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
14. Can you store my bags?
Yes, we can securely store your bags while on the cruise.
